• Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, generally representing one or both.

• Promote sales of properties through advertisements and participation in multiple listing services

. • Arrange meetings between buyers and sellers when details of transactions need to be negotiated

• Answer clients questions regarding projects, financial issues, maintenance, and appraisals

. • Coordinate appointments to show properties to prospective buyers


Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate filed.

. • Good negotiation skills

2- Team Leader


Job Description

• Monitor and guide agents towards the company’s goals and objectives.

• Achieve company’s targets and coordinate between the sales agents, and be aware of their daily schedule/agenda.

• Handling clients' inquires and requests.

• Following the management strategy and instructions.

• Following up with the sales agents for achieving targets.

• Prepare necessary reports that must be presented to the Sales manager about the project.

• Develop best strategies and tools used in order to help raise the amount of deals for projects


Job Requirements

• Not less than 5 years of experience in Real Estate field.

• Smart, Confident and with dynamic personality.

• Negotiation and communication skills.


3- Digital Marketing Executive

Job Description

· Generating leads from different projects manage by the company.

· Managing the content diary for social media content. With the rest of the Marketing Communications team act as a brand in terms of look and feel of online communications as well as tone of voice of copy by supporting the marketing manager and other colleagues.

· Keeping up to date with changes and advances in social media and advertising on new channels and approaches to adopt.

· Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships

· Managing the company’s email marketing campaigns.

· Monitoring return on investment for the different online marketing campaigns and monitoring competitor activity.

· Managing the organizations social media accounts ensuring all copy is relevant for the different platforms.

· Using the CRM to maximize online marketing opportunities.

· Developing, marketing plans, put strategies and evaluating marketing campaigns.

Job Requirements

· Previous Experience in Real Estate

· Previous online marketing experience ideally from the same or similar industry not less than 5 years.

· Have experience in digital marketing and search engine optimization, be proficient in WordPress and Google Adwords

· Degree educated major Marketing.

· Experience of HTML coding and Photoshop would be an advantage.

· Analytical and proactive approach to online marketing.


4- Office Manager

Job Description

· Administrative and secretarial responsibilities including managing the filing system

· Supervising applying the office policies, procedures and requirements.

· Handling phone calls and emails.

· Handling customers' inquiries and complains.

· Following up for collecting sales regular reports.

· Managing excuses and attendance procedures and report to the HR Manager.

Job Requirements

· Females ( preferred Unveiled)

· Very good English command

· 2+ Years of experience

· Presentable

· Maximum 30 years old

Working Conditions

· One day off per week.
